1 — The service
SPCTR is provided by Bruiser CyberSec LLC ('Bruiser CyberSec,' 'we,' 'us') as-is. You are responsible for the strength of your master password and the safekeeping of your recovery phrase. If you lose them, we cannot recover your data.
2 — Your account
You must be 18+ or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. One account per person. Do not share credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3 — Beta program
Beta access is at our discretion and may be revoked. Beta testers agree to report issues and to grant a permanent Founder tier where explicitly offered.
4 — Payments
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings. For refund terms, see our Refund Policy.
5 — Prohibited use
See the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations lead to termination without refund.
6 — Merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
7 — Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.
