Acceptable Use

SPCTR is a privacy tool. It is not a shield for harming others. The following are prohibited:

• ›Fraud, phishing, or impersonation of any real person or organization
• ›Distribution of malware, ransomware, or credential harvesters
• ›CSAM or any exploitation of minors — reported to authorities immediately
• ›Harassment, threats, doxing, or targeted intimidation
• ›Automated scraping, credential stuffing, or brute-force against third parties
• ›Circumventing rate limits, quotas, or platform-imposed restrictions on other services
